Here’s how you can get started:
Step 1:
Open your foodpanda rider app and click on the three lines on the upper left corner. Select “Rider Support”
Step 2:
Select the ‘ + ‘ icon on the top right to create a ticket request.
Step 3:
Key in the support you require, while trying to be as detailed as possible. Thereafter, click on the submit button to send in your ticket request.
